Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what p2w.fun ("we", "us") collects when you use p2w.fun, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
a) If you buy a listing or place a re-bid:
- Your email address, provided at checkout, used solely for payment receipts and essential service communication.
- Payment details (card number, billing info) are collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We never see, process, or store your credit card information.
- Records of your bids: amounts, timestamps, and the listing they belong to. These are displayed publicly in aggregate on the leaderboard, but your email address is never published.
b) If you browse or click a listing:
- Click logs: When you click an outbound listing link, we log the listing ID, timestamp, user agent, referrer, and a salted hash of your IP address (SHA-256 with a rotating daily salt). We never store raw IP addresses. Hashes are used strictly for bot prevention and click deduplication.
- Analytics: Aggregate traffic metrics (pages viewed, device category) without invasive cross-site advertising cookies.
c) Public data from Roblox:
Game titles, descriptions, icons, and player/visit counts displayed on listings come from the public Roblox API.
2. What we never do
- No mandatory account registration or passwords required.
- No tracking cookies for personalized third-party advertising.
- No storage of raw, plain-text IP addresses.
- No sale or rental of any personal data to third parties. Ever.

4. Children's privacy
The purchasing side of the Service is intended exclusively for creators aged 18+ (or supervised by a legal guardian). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.
