Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

p2w.fun is a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard for Roblox games. Listings are ranked by a single factor: the total amount of money paid for each listing. There is no algorithm, no voting, no editorial review, and no revenue sharing.

Every listing is a paid advertisement. A listing is not a recommendation, review, certification, endorsement, or independent ranking of any game. Higher position means only that someone paid more.

2. No affiliation with Roblox

The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and related names are trademarks of Roblox Corporation, used here only to describe the platform listings link to. Game titles, descriptions, icons, and statistics displayed on listings are retrieved from the public Roblox API and belong to their respective owners.

3. What you are buying

When you pay for a listing or a re-bid, you are purchasing visibility on this website. Nothing else. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee any number of clicks, visitors, players, sales, or any business outcome.
• Positions are never permanent. Any listing can be outbid and displaced at any time, including yours.
• We may modify, pause, or discontinue any feature, category, ranking (including "Today"), or ranking formula at any time, with or without notice.
• Outbound clicks are measured with basic bot filtering, but we make no representation about click quality or conversion.

4. Bidding rules

The binding bidding rules (minimum bid of $5 USD, whole-dollar increments, the +$5 requirement to take a #1 position, tie-breaking by listing age, re-bids paying only the difference) are published at p2w.fun/rules and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and understood them.

5. Payments and refunds

• Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes (such as VAT/Sales Tax) are calculated and added at checkout by Lemon Squeezy.
• By paying, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms and privacy policy.
• All payments are final. No refunds are provided once a payment is completed, including if your listing is later outbid, if the Service is discontinued, or if your listing is removed under Section 6. Please review our Refund Policy.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith may result in removal of your listings and a permanent ban from the Service.

6. Content, eligibility, and moderation

• Only Roblox game listings are accepted. We may reject or remove any submission at our discretion.
• Listings must not violate the Roblox Community Standards. Prohibited content includes adult/sexual content, scams, gambling, exploits, and misleading submissions.
• If a game is moderated, deleted, or made private on Roblox, its listing will be removed from the board without refund.
• Listing titles, descriptions, and icons come from the Roblox API. If you change them on Roblox, they will be refreshed on the Service via automated sync.

7. Age requirement

The Service is intended for game developers and creators. You must be at least 18 years old to make a payment, or have the explicit authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By paying, you represent that you meet this requirement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties & Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost players, or lost revenue. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to the Service in the 3 months preceding any claim.
