1. Nature of the Service

When you purchase a listing or place a re-bid on p2w.fun, you are purchasing digital advertising space and ranking visibility. The service is considered fully delivered as soon as the listing appears on the leaderboard following payment processing.

2. Outbidding and Ranking Dynamics

Rankings on p2w.fun are determined dynamically by the total amount paid. Your position is not guaranteed to remain permanent. If another creator places a higher bid that overtakes your position, this is part of the intended mechanic of the service and does not qualify for a refund or return.

3. Moderation and Community Standards

Listings must comply with Roblox Community Standards and applicable laws. If a listed game is banned, moderated, deleted, or set to private on Roblox, or if a listing is removed for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. scams, exploits, NSFW content), no refund will be issued.

4. Payment Processing & Invoicing

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge caused by technical failure, please contact our support team immediately before initiating a chargeback.
